Job Description: Registered Behavior Technician

Evening hours are available from 2pm - 6:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or clinic
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
