BDES is recruiting motivated and qualified individuals to fill ABA positions. Staff hired will work with students with Autism in a public school setting throughout the school year and summer school program in New Bedford

About us:

BDES is an interdisciplinary team of child development and behavioral specialists including Clinical Psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and ABA Behavioral and Instructional Assistants. We provide individualized programming and teaching based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to students with language, cognitive and emotional disabilities ranging from age 3-22.

Description:

Staff will receive comprehensive training to enable them to provide the following services:

• Individual and small group instruction Incidental teaching throughout the day
• Frequent collection and analysis of data
• Consistent and gentle support to teach functional and prosocial behavior.

Staff must be able to physically perform all responsibilities of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds, keeping students in close proximity, and moving quickly when necessary.
