Behavior Technician (RBT) Antioch

Entry Level - No experience needed!

$25 - $28 per hour (Depending on Education / Experience)

You are interested in Psychology, Child and Adolescent Development, Early Childhood Intervention, Behavioral Science/Health.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Minimum
  • Must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm
  • Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
  • English fluency required
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
  • Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
  • Ability to complete job’s physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent
  • sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
  • Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client’s home
  • Working with clients' families to implement client treatment plan
  • Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
  • Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner

Conditions of Employment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
  • Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
  • Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA
  • laws and regulatory agencies
  • Must attend all BTA required training
  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
  • Must have the following immunizations:

Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series)(Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
