We are seeking intelligent, friendly, RBT's who would like to make a difference in the lives of children through ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). This is a year-round position, working in a school/clinic environment, with a fantastic team. Job duties include working with individuals who range in age from 10 to 21 years old, implementing Individual Behavior Plans.
This is a physically active position; the day is often busy, and no two days are exactly the same! Successful applicants must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, record data, create daily notes, work within a team, and consistently implement educational and behavioral programming. The position requires an RBT credential and a Medicaid provider 39 number.
RBTs seeking certification as BCaBAs and BCBAs are welcome to apply. Staff are required to successfully complete training in crisis management, first aid, HIPAA, and other trainings, as required. BSoB is a drug-free workplace, and all staff are required to pass a drug screening and level II background screening prior to working with recipients.
