**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with individuals

- Collect and record data on client behavior

- Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives

- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)

- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques

- Monitor and document patient progress

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans

**Experience:**

- Prior experience working with children preferred

- Familiarity with data collection methods

- Proficiency in behavior management techniques

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

- Understanding of applied behavior analysis principles

- Background in behavioral health or related field is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
