Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT at Behavior Gains, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in reaching their goals. You will work directly with our clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in various settings (home, school, community)
  • Collect data electronically to monitor progress of the clients we support
  • Communicate with and support caregivers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective communication and program implementation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures set by the Behavior Gains clinical team
  • Attend company trainings, meetings, and workshops

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Current FL Medicaid provider number
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations (Valid driver's license and car insurance)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move to/from seated and standing position frequently
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet other employment requirements
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain at company expense
  • Ability to work afternoons to early evenings
  • Previous experience working in the field is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
