Board Certified Behavior Analysts support individuals with autism and their families by developing, implementing and providing ongoing monitoring and supervision of ABA therapy programs. This includes providing functional analyses and assessment and developing evidence-based therapy programs that increase functional communication, adaptive and developmental skills. The ideal BCBA candidate will be able to develop client’s treatment plans, as well as supervise Behavior Technicians to implement such plans. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. The BCBA should be organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role.
Requirements: Must be currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board. Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
