Behavior Bridge Services is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Cranberry, PA

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to start working in a part time role, where needed, as we develop and grow your caseload.
  • Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions.
  • Complete initial evidence-based assessments and reassessments per deadline.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers.
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
  • Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency.
  • Provide parent training.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
  • Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB.
  • Attend and complete mandatory trainings as directed by OHMSAS, agency and managed care providers
  • Maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as following HIPAA laws
  • Must be able to travel to client home, school or other settings to provide services.
  • Conduct onsite assessments to identify ABA Therapists’ clinical competency and fidelity of treatment procedures.

Clearances, First/Aid CPR, and Mandated Reporter training will be required prior to start date.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
