Host/Host
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized entry area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and take reservations using toast POS
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest services role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Toast is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
