Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual and couples and/or family sessions using various therapeutic modalities
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to address a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client progress notes.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Stay current with developments in the field of psychotherapy through ongoing professional development activities
Experience:
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Current licensure or certification as a Psychotherapist or will consider registered interns.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
