Who We are Looking For? The National Inside Sales Team Member will report to the Director of National Inside Sales as an individual contributor.

This is opportunity is for an entry level role with a high growth company. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

An Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

A goal-oriented mindset with a dash of competitive spirit. The flexibility to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. What You Will Work On? As a National Inside Sales Team Member, your mission is to take inbound leads from all corners of the nation and turn them into member success stories for the local franchisee.

You'll be at our brand new Huntersville, NC, headquarters, guiding and consulting a diverse range of prospects who have requested to learn more about our upcoming franchised locations.

Most importantly, after speaking with the prospects and understanding how our membership-based wellness service can help them, you'll be closing deals and moving the needle.

While we provide ample sales and skills training, what we can't teach is the right attitude and strong work ethic. Those two you must bring to qualify for this role.

A typical day for an inside sales team member at Stackit might include a mix of the responsibilities below, though not an inclusive list of all aspects of performing the role.

Nurturing leads and successfully converting a targeted percentage of prospects. Selling memberships over the phone and through text and secure payments.

Educating consumers on our wellness membership options and the fantastic services our franchisees offer. Identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

Hitting sales targets out of the park. Ensuring a top-notch customer experience characterized by professionalism and courtesy.

Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity goals through savvy telephone-based customer acquisition techniques. Committing to continuous self-improvement through product knowledge and sales skills training and coaching.

What You Bring to the Stackit Team? 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for inside sales.

Sharp listening skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities. Resilience in the face of rejection, with an unshakable commitment to the sales process.

Adaptability to a rapid-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Google Suites and CRM software is a plus.
