Beehive Industries is Hiring an EHS Manager Near Cincinnati, OH

At Beehive Industries, we believe there is a better way to meet our clients' needs. Through Additive Manufacturing, Beehive Industries helps clients achieve more than what has ever been thought possible. This role will be located at our West Chester, Ohio facility.

The EHS / Facility manager is responsible for the strategic development and execution of our EHS facility programs at our West Chester, Ohio and Mt Vernon, Ohio facilities. This position will work closely with site leadership and engineering team. The right candidate must have strong problem solving and communication skills, a proven background in developing EHS management systems and familiarity with facility management.

Responsibilities:

· Interact and partner directly with site and functional leadership in the development and execution of focused EHS initiatives and objectives.

· Lead and cultivate a team of site based, EHS representatives to support actions and meet compliance obligations.

· Complete regulatory reporting as required by local, state, and federal requirements and interact with regulators and key stakeholders.

· Perform investigations into the root cause of injuries, events, and near misses. 

· Ensure appropriate actions are taken to correct and prevent recurrence of unsafe conditions and/or behaviors.

· Write, implement, and manage EHS and programs, policies and procedures.

· Manage Hazardous Waste and ensure regulatory agency compliance (labeling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.)

· Oversee and manage the site facility team

· Manage facility work order system

· Work closely with the corporate facility manager on change management projects

Qualifications:

· A BS degree in Occupational, Health & Safety Sciences or similar

· A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Test or R&D environment. 

· Experience with additive manufacturing or combustible dust processes a plus

· Proven experience with process or program management

· Dynamic and active communicator with strong collaboration skills

· CMMS system familiarity a plus

· Technical and ISO document writing a plus.

· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training a plusLean/Six Sigma or TPS experience a plus
