Job Overview:

BeeHive Homes of Crownridge is a family owned and operated 16-bed Type B Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in NW San Antonio just north of Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the La Cantera Golf Course. We are currently recruiting for the position of RESIDENT CARE COORDINATOR. The successful candidate must be friendly, up-beat, organized, fun-loving, and able to interact easily and confidently with others. Under the direction of the Administrator, this person will lead our team of caregivers as well as perform the duties of a caregiver.

Duties:

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, develop, and lead a high performing team of caregivers
• Manage the caregiver work schedule ensuring the optimal caregiver-to-resident ratios are maintained at all times for all daily shifts
• Ensure proper completion of daily caregiver tasks including charting of ADLs and MARs, housekeeping and laundry services, and recording shift notes and incident reports
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies & procedures

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience caregiving in a licensed ALF
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a leadership role in a licensed ALF
• Effective leadership, communication, human relations, and teambuilding skills
• Proficiency using computer devices and office programs in the work environment
• Pass a comprehensive background check
• Completion of a high school diploma or GED

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
