### Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

### Duties

- Perform medication administration under the supervision of a healthcare provider
- Conduct physical examinations and record patient vital signs
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Assist with hospice care and provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Administer tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients
- Utilize your knowledge of physiology to assess patient conditions and respond accordingly
- Assist with various administrative tasks in a medical office setting
- Use your understanding of medical terminology to accurately document patient information
- Provide care in acute care settings, such as emergency departments or intensive care units
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record system is preferred
