Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to help the GM oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, food preparation, and team management within the hospitality or food industry.
Duties:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations with focus on cleanliness at all times
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards are consistently met
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Maintain company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in an Assistant Manager or similar role within the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and shift management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Solid understanding of culinary trends, menu planning, and cost control
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders
