We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
