Job Title: Scheduler

Job Summary:

Bee Window is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler. The Scheduler will be responsible for tracking the delivery and installation of products, managing customer appointments, and ensuring accurate reporting of scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and schedule delivery and installation appointments with customers

· Track the progress of orders and update customers on delivery timelines

· Communicate with customers to confirm availability and gather necessary information for scheduling

· Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of products

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records

· Generate reports on scheduling activities and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, or customer service preferred

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
