Staffing Coordinator Shifts: Full-time 8am-4:30pm Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Staffing Coordinator Key DutiesEnsure that our skilled nursing facility is adequately staffed with CNA’s LPN’s and RNs to full fill resident’s needs.
- Staffing levels align with the budgeted PPD based on the current census. Compliance with all state and federal staffing requirements.
- Create and maintain staffing replacement needs for staff PRO and call outs.
- Receives and manages replacement needs for staff PTO and call outs.
- Transcribe physician’s orders accurately and timely.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- Proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position.
- Experience in the long-term care setting or healthcare setting. The drive to work in a challenging environment.
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
