Staffing Coordinator – Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility.
Staffing Coordinator Salary: $18 to $20 per hour.
Staffing Coordinator Shifts: Full-time 8am-4:30pm Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Staffing Coordinator Key Duties
·Ensure that our skilled nursing facility is adequately staffed with CNA’s LPN’s and RNs to full fill resident’s needs.
·Staffing levels align with the budgeted PPD based on the current census. Compliance with all state and federal staffing requirements.
·Create and maintain staffing replacement needs for staff PRO and call outs.
·Receives and manages replacement needs for staff PTO and call outs.
·Transcribe physician’s orders accurately and timely.
·Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
