About Us: Nestled in the charming neighborhoods of Glenside PA. We provide short-term post-acute rehabilitation as well as long-term skilled nursing care. We admit patients from community hospitals.

Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Salary:Annual salary 85K.

Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Shift:Full-time, Day Shifts

Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• Ensure that all employees, residents, visitors, and vendors are following established facility policies and procedures.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department heads, supervisors, consultants, and other auxiliary personnel. 
• Other duties assigned by Regional Team.

Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

• PA state license as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care environment.
• Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
• Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel. Effective communication and people skills. Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Outstanding organizational and stress management skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving
