Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN will provide clinical nursing function based on the needs of different departments (Adults, Pediatrics, OBGYN) within the Center, assist providers and nurses with patient care, education and other nursing procedures as assigned in the clinical areas. LPN also administers injections, vaccines, forms, patient communications such as refill requests, pt education, and intake for walk in patients.Come and work with an exceptional team. Education, Licenses and/or Certifications, Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma and graduation from an approved School of Practical Nursing.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Valid LPN License in New York State
• One year of experience as LPN in a clinic based - Willing to train
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be flexible with scheduling
