Description: The Bedford School District is seeking an educational instructor to work part-time with a high school aged student. The position is available immediately to the end of the 2023-2024 school year with the possibility of extension into the summer.The rate of pay is $33/hour.Job Summary: The educational instructor will provide instruction in functional life skills including but not limited to reading, math, leisure and vocational skills. This educational instructor will work in collaboration with a BCBA, an RBT and related service providers. The educational instructor will provide direct instruction to the student 2 hours per day for 5 days a week at Bedford High School.
Mornings are preferred during the educational day. IEP team meetings and consultation will be outside of the direct instructional hours with the student.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
