Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Member to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Member, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and requests
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation
