Position : Product Owner Location : Remote (her team is mostly EST or CST).Local would be preference in IL Last time she mentioned : Prefer gc or citizen, but is okay with all auth Interview and who is involved : Pending, but last time it was : 1-2 rounds based on if her leads aren’t available when she is.

These apps have been some functionally of RX has been coded. Either on prem or the cloud. Running independently serving a core.

Streamlining the team structure for the future. These are the main desirables for the roles. Position Summary The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog.

This role is instrumental in driving day-to-day development for Retail Pharmacy initiatives that generate multi-million-dollar business value to the organization and touch millions of consumers.

Responsible for streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features / components for the team.

The PO has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.

This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, who is responsible for the Program Backlog, to prepare for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting.

Key Responsibilities Collaborates with the IT Product Owner, Product Manager and Business Stakeholders to write user stories and acceptance criteria Works closely with the team on user story refinement Participates in Scrum ceremonies including story point estimation Helps troubleshoot defects to determine root cause and expedite resolution Performs on-the-spot user story demonstrations for Business and IT Product Owners and other stakeholders to validate functionality Collaborates with the POs and Team to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to provide technical guidance Collaborate and provide visibility into UX guidelines and ensure the direction Assists with updates to user manuals and release notes Required Qualifications Overall 5 years of professional IT experience 3- 5 years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field.

Background experience combining both technical knowledge and business acumen Agile proficiency with knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, product backlogs, features, and user story writing Strong critical thinker with analytical skills and experience using data to resolve issues and impediments Proactive leader with the ability to drive collaboration, engage, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.

g., executive, management, individual contributors) Notes from last year when we worked this role : HUGE FOCUS : Looking for team leaders / attitude / communication / team player candidates will be asked scenario-based questions for soft skills they will have to give examples on what they do when running into conflict / how they handle conflict with stakeholders, etc.

Notes : This person will be working with external / IT PMO groups / stakeholders, so their communication and attitude must be client-focused / solid.

Healthcare / pharma preference Responsibilities : User Story Development / Team Backlog Ownership and Prioritization · Works with product management and stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and customer pain points that are strategic priorities for CVS Health · Provides subject matter expertise explaining product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered · Collaborates with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items that align to Iteration Objectives.

holds team accountable for what they committed to deliver · Partner with Product Management, who is responsible for the Program Backlog, to assist in preparing for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting.

Identify the potential enablers and spikes for discussion in the Program Increment · Drafts the team’s objectives and defines features for the Program Increment session · Collaborates with the team to produce the PI system demo and the Product Owner presents it to program stakeholders.

Maintain Conceptual and Technical Integrity of Features / Components · Partner with design function to consider usability testing and end-user feedback to ensure product will address and resolve user pain points · Provide architecture and development teams sufficiently detailed feedback on user stories and product vision to ensure the team maintains the technical integrity of features / functionality
