What You’ll Be Doing:
Press components are assembled correctly
Inspection books are filled out
Overall aesthetics
Start up and testing
Assist with changes during testing
Help set up for tonnage test
Set Gibs
Set Parallelism
Tear down and shipping
Components taken off are labeled, bagged and sent with press
Loads press and skids
Make sure photos are taken of tear down and shipping
Tech photos
Must have the ability to travel (approximately 10% of the time)
Cleaning
Clean cell and surrounding areas at the end of every shift
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing with assembly background preferred
Ability to build large mechanical equipment
Mechanically inclined
Experience with hand and powered tools
Will need to have own tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly procedures
Forklift experience
Ability to move and lift 50lbs
Team oriented
Must be reliable
Overhead crane a plus
Able to work from ladders, lifts, and JLG

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing environment. The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of conditions within the plant. The noise level is usually moderate. Will be exposed to manufacturing conditions including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
