The Team Leader assists the General Manager with supervising the restaurant staff and daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained. Schedules and supervises staff. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
BRELLC owns and operates multiple Subway(r) restaurants in Central New Hampshire. The number of restaurants owned may change as the company is growing. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provides leadership to all crew members
-Trains newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists(tm) in their tasks and responsibilities.
-Assist the General Manager with scheduling and supervising of staff as needed.
-Performs paperwork duties and assists with product orders and inventory as needed. -
-Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels.
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
JOB PREREQUISITES ARE: High School Diploma or equivalent degree. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. Physically applicant must be able to bend, stand and walk the entire day. Additionally, you must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
