Our restaurant Coaches (restaurant managers managing things, our restaurant coaches coach and develop people) are COOL people that have the ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific Subway(r) restaurant and maintaining and growing the reputation of our company. This role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and GREAT customer service.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Great Communication skills work as part of a team and interact with customers, vendors, and Subway representatives.
- Excellent Organization skills, along with being responsible for cash management, bank deposits and the safety of deposits.
-Helping Team Members Grow along with ensuring that team members complete University of Subway courses as directed.
-Maintaining Spotless Restaurants including keeping the restaurant open during all operating hours which may include covering team members shifts.
-Tight Food and Labor Management
To land this phenomenal opportunity, you need to have experience serving others. It does not need to be traditional restaurant customer service experience, we have all types of people, we just need to see where you developed some of your help people powers somewhere in your history.
JOB PREREQUISITES ARE: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. Physically applicant must be able to bend, stand and walk the entire day. Additionally, you must be able to list 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Must have dependable transportation.
