Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Assist in case management and discharge planning for patients
- Perform airway management procedures as necessary

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Proficient in pain management techniques and administration of medications
- Knowledge of inhalation therapy techniques
- Familiarity with nursing home and assisted living regulations and protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in occupational health is a plus
