Job Summary:

New wine bar and lounge in Rogers

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
