Overview:
Beck'NCall is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence. Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Medications reminders according to prescribed schedules and document administration accurately
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred (e.g., nursing home, dementia care, childcare, home care)
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ability to provide assistance as needed
- Basic understanding of providing compassionate and patient assistance to elderly adults
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
