Beaverton Pet Clinic is proud to be a part of the local community for over 25 years. We are currently a 5-doctor hospital with roughly 15 additional support staff, and are continuing to grow and expand. With this in mind, we are moving into a larger, newly renovated space just down the street from our current facility by the end of the year and are SO excited to start adding to our rockstar team!

Ideal applicants will have at least 1-2 years of general practice experience, but we are absolutely open to newly certified technicians! Our ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Triage
• Assisting in physical examinations
• Inducing and monitoring anesthesia
• Performing dental cleanings
• Getting up and down from the floor 800 times a day
• Calculating and administering therapeutic drugs
• Managing nursing care and treatments
• Petting cute/feisty/sedated-so-no-longer-feisty/chonky patients
• Digital radiographs (including dental)
• Everyone's favorite: client education!

But chances are, you know all of that already. What’s most important to us is maintaining our excellent culture which is done through sense of humor, mild sass /- dark humor, flexibility, laughter, teamwork, and the cornerstone: communication.

It certainly doesn’t hurt that we are closed on Sundays and see our last appointment at 5:15pm during the week which allows our staff ample time away from the hospital to recharge.
