Parts Professional Wanted
Beaverton Hyundai has an opening for a full-time parts counter sales professional.

This is an ideal position for an energetic person who has automotive parts experience in either the aftermarket or a dealership setting. Customer service qualities that exceed the norm is a must and someone who believes in teamwork.

Reports to: Parts Manager

· Parts sales for the service department and front counter, shipping/ receiving, parts delivery/pick up.

· Ability to navigate parts catalogs and guides, price sheets and reference guides

· Receive and fill telephone orders

· Take inventory of stock to maintain correct counts

· Other duties as assigned

· Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day

· Must be able to have a flex schedule that can range between the hours of 7AM-6PM M-SAT in order to help meet business needs.

· Knowledge of parts cataloging systems.

· One year parts counter experience, Hyundai preferred but not required

· Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with external and internal customers

· Self-motivated, team player with the desire to work and communicate well with customers and co-workers

· Knowledge of CDK inventory management systems is a plus, but not required

· Demonstrate the ability to be a self starter and follow through to task completion

· Experience handling customers in a courteous and professional manner

· Fast learner, good with numbers, and motivated to learn
