We are looking for a full time, 4 day a week, Registered Dental Hygienist that is ready to hit the ground running. Someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, but understands the importance of taking the time necessary for a patient to feel heard and cared for. At Beavers and Broomfield, we care for a diverse group of patients, and your commitment to inclusivity and cultural sensitivity will be paramount as you contribute to the overall oral health and well-being of our community. This role involves building trusting relationships, promoting oral health education, and delivering patient-centered care with empathy and respect.

What we need from you:

• Excellent patient education and care
• Prophylaxis for all ages
• Periodontal disease treatment-including laser treatment (willing to train)
• Competent in the use of intraoral photos, ultrasonic scaler, placing Arestin, and sealants
• Proficient in Dexis digital x-ray
• Familiar with Dentrix software

• Certified in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
• CPR certified
• Licensed and registered in the state of Arkansas
• Organized
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to adjust and adapt
