NOW HIRING : Central Supply / Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities Central Supply / Transportation Coordinator :

• Manage inventory control for central supply items, including ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies in a timely manner to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate transportation services for residents, including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and ensuring timely arrival and departure.
• Maintain accurate records of supply inventory, transportation schedules, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards related to central supply management and transportation services.
• Provide training and support to staff members involved in central supply management and transportation coordination.

Qualifications Central Supply / Transportation Coordinator :

High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
• Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or transportation coordination is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
