Beaverbrook STEP, Inc. is Hiring a Day Program Staff Near Belmont, MA

Day Program Staff / Job Coaches: The ideal candidate must be committed to providing exceptional vocational support to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a day program setting or community-based work or volunteer placement. The candidate must be willing to drive company vehicles on community trips and to work/volunteer sites. We are looking for caring and dynamic staff, who are eager to teach skills aimed at independence, job readiness and community inclusion.

Experience is preferred, but it is not necessary. We will train the right candidates. All applicants must be able to become First Aid, CPR, MAP and Safety Care certified. A valid driver's license is mandatory. We are looking for either full or part-time staff members.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
