This is a face-to face, in-person, sales position in our automotive sales department.

Augustine is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Accessory Specialist to join our team.

This role involves a mix of sales acumen, product knowledge, and a passion for cars and customer service.

You'll be the go-to expert for accessory advice, helping customers personalize their new vehicles to suit their lifestyles perfectly.

Responsibilities :

• Present and upsell a range of vehicle accessories to new car buyers, tailoring suggestions to individual customer needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough follow-ups on accessory purchases to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Coordinate with the service department to schedule accessory installations, ensuring a seamless process for the customer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle accessories and trends in the automotive industry.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify new opportunities for accessory promotion and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships and encouraging repeat business.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A passion for cars and knowledge of vehicle accessories and customization trends.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
