What You'll Do: The Lead Server is both a hands-on team member attending and catering to our guests, and also a leader on the floor as a shining example of our expectations of service. Beyond the direct service responsibilities, this position will assist the Spencer's Manager and Assistant Manager in training serving staff, maintaining standards, opening/closing duties, and providing stability and experience in the position. The ideal candidate will come with a passion for food, drink, and great service; be adaptable/flexible while maintaining a positive attitude; be comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; and have an eye for detail. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility.
