The Front Desk Supervisor is key to driving the guest experience. This position is responsible for supervising the Front Desk, Night Audit, Reservations, Bell, Door and PBX Teams. The Front Desk Supervisor will check guests in and out of the hotel, issue room keys, and direct guests, while assisting with inquiries regarding local amenities, hotel services, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
Experience:
Must have at least two (2) or more years of experience in a Hotel, with one (1) or more years of Supervisory experience in Front Desk operations. Previous experience in a Boutique Hotel environment preferred.
