We are seeking customer service professionals, with the ability to provide exceptional guest service for the position of Front Desk Agent at the Beauport Hotel. This position will be responsible for the prompt and courteous service to our guests upon arrival and departure, as well as throughout the guest’s stay. Our goal is to create memorable guest experiences, for every guest, every stay.
Experience:
Must have at least one (1) or more years of experience in Customer Service, previous experience in a hotel is preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Beauport Hospitality Group is committed to the health, safety and security of all Team Members and Guests, while ensuring quality services that remain uncompromised. We have extensive protocols and sanitation guidelines in place to do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19. From interview to new hire, all personnel are expected to follow the guidelines in place; including wearing proper PPE, following the department specific sanitation guidelines, as well as adhering to the COVID-19 specific policies and procedures.
