The position will greet every customer as they enter the door and help them with their water treatment questions and purchases. The Retail Store Associate will ensure every customer experience with Beauchamp Water Treatment is an exceptional one.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Answering phone in a professional manner
- Complete customer transactions with a helpful and friendly approach
- Greet all customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Continuing education on a product line and service procedures
- Maintain store appearance and product displays
- Responsible for product placement, labels, pricing, and restocking
- MUST be able to assist in loading products into customer vehicles
- Open and Closing procedures, including handling of cash/deposits
Qualifications & Abilities:
- Strong customer service experience required along with organizational skills, great work ethic and reliability with professionalism and pose
- Proficient in use of technology to successfully engage in customer interactions (i.e. Register, Calculator, Keyboard)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and spend 100% of working time standing with or walking around the store
- Good verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
Full-time and Part-time position with rotation within several locations
Hourly Wage Based on experience and skill set
Candidates are subject to drug screening and background check
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience
