Beatineon American Lighting is a LED lighting and fixtures company established in August 2022 in Irvine, USA. The company's headquarters, BeatiNeon Lighting with over 20 years of experience in LED lighting production and export. Our product range includes LED Christmas decorations, home decor lighting, indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, all backed by ETL/cETL certifications and exported to various countries including Europe and the United States. Our primary business in the United States involves online retailing of LED lighting and collaboration with large-scale importers and wholesalers. Due to the growing demand for expanding into the North American market, we are eagerly looking for someone like you to join us in achieving excellence.

Your Main Responsibilities

(1) Identify B2B customers and establish a presence in large hardware chain stores.

(2) Responsible for customer development, maintenance, order acceptance, and achieving sales targets.

(3) Report sales and customer development status to the Manager.

(4) Actively listen to customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.

(5) Quickly and actively familiarize yourself with the company's products to answer customer inquiries promptly.

(6) Collaborate with the company team and effectively convey customer product requirements to the engineering team.

(7) Maintain relationships with existing clients who have established partnerships and ensure ongoing cooperation.

Job Requirements

(1) High school diploma or GED certificate is required, a bachelor's degree is a plus.

(2) 2-3 years or more of experience in customer service, B2B sales, wholesale, and customer relationship management. Experience in LED lighting, Christmas decorations, and home decor sales and market development is a big plus.

(3) Fluent in spoken and written English, outgoing, and effective in interpersonal communication.

(4) Hardworking, sincere, high professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility.

(5) Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt, and strong customer service orientation.

(6) Ability to work independently on business-related tasks, strong teamwork spirit, and ability to handle pressure. Must be willing to travel as necessary (e.g., attending lighting exhibitions and meeting clients).

(7) Proficiency in office software such as Word and Excel.

(8) Bilingual with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Required). Capable of direct communication with the Chinese team and reporting to the CEO.
