Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled automotive 12volt Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues for our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach. In addition, will provide customer service. Will also learn how to install our products to vehicles.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Assist with customer service, reply to email and receive phone calls

- Install our 12v car products

- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Continuously update technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends

Skills:

- Knowledge of vehicle 12v applications

- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Experience with Windows operating systems and desktop support

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of car audio and electronics

- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

- Experience working in a help desk or technical support environment is preferred
