Beast Mode Truckin is Hiring a Driver Near Boise, ID
Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will be running the Western Regional pulling 53' Dry Van Trailers.
Experienced drivers are very highly desired too!
Job Details
- Running lane is the Western Regional up and down the I-5, I-15, I-84, and I-90
- 100% No Touch dry van freight
- Home time is weekly.
- Average miles a week is around 2500.
Pay / Benefits
- Trainees are paid $650 / week (approx. 4-6 weeks) if under 6 months experience.
- After training pay is .55-.67 for new graduates and .55 -.75 on sliding pay scale per mile depending on experience and miles of load which comes out to between $1300-$1800 a week
- $300 orientation pay if hired.
- $15 per stop pay.
- Up to.06 per mile monthly performance bonus for over 8250 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 6.9 MPG.
- Full benefits that kick in after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
Requirements
- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
- Must have a fairly clean driving record with no at fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
- Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
