Job Details

• Running lanes are CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT.
• 100% No Touch Reefer freight
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset although most drivers get home throughout the week depending on where they live.
• Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
• Average miles a week is 2000-2200.

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $650/week (4-6 weeks)
• After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1000-$1200 a week
• Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
• $25 stop pay for 1st stop, $35 per additional stops.
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO 

Requirements

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
