**Job Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and serve our signature cream puffs according to Beard Papa's standards.
2. Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
3. Take customer orders accurately, in person, online and over the phone.
4. Clean store and equipment to comply with health and safety regulations.
5. Perform cash register duties with accuracy efficiency.
6. Assist in inventory control, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store stock.
7. Promote products and services to customers, demonstrating knowledge and passion for the Beard Papa's brand.
8. Work cooperatively in a team environment and assist fellow team members as needed.
**Job Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Must be a team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
4. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
5. Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.
6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Food handler's card or the ability to obtain one.
