Pay Range: $18-20 / Hour (Based on Experience)

Description: Rapidly expanding commercial services company is looking for a dispatch specialist to support our growing field service team.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant preferred
• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Familiarity with dispatch tools like Verizon Connect a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Superior attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with field technicians to improve routing
• Take emergency and non-emergency calls from clients and potential new clients
• Propose solutions to problems that arise for technicians in the field
• Ensure all notes are taken properly and in an organized manner
• Maintain a positive attitude and BSC’s excellent level of customer service
• Follow up with residential clients to confirm quality of service and recurring business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
