Position Summary:

A Custodial and Delivery Driver is responsible for daily routine custodial and maintenance work, as well as performing intercompany deliveries and miscellaneous errands as necessary.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old and candidate must be able to:

• Clean restaurants in preparation for the day. Duties include but are not limited to; sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning & stocking bathrooms ect.

• Practice safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.

• Routine exterior grounds maintenance

• Miscellaneous tasks are required as needed. Examples include but are not limited to; watering plants, pressure washing sidewalks, running miscellaneous errands etc.

• Responsible for packing & transporting food products daily between locations.

• Provide proof of a valid driver’s license and personal insurance per company requirements.

• Pass a motor vehicle record check.

• Adhere to company policies regarding safe driving and maintain a clean driving record during the course of employment.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age and candidate must be able to:

• Maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time while performing with quality and accuracy.

• Withstand exposure to possible food allergens including but not limited to; meats, fish, nuts, dairy, and oils.

• Withstand exposure to and work with cleaning chemicals.

• Lift up to 90lbs on a regular basis.

• Lift from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently.

• Twist, reach, & bend frequently.

• Listen to and comprehend instructions from Leads, Managers, and coworkers over background restaurant and equipment noise constantly.

• Use of ladders.

• Frequently wash hands.

• Adhere to schedule and be on time for shifts.

• Adhere to company uniform and appearance policy.

Skills/Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

• High School degree or equivalent preferred and/or 1 year experience in related industry.

• Good communication skills, friendly and polite demeanor.

• Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.

• Strong interpersonal skills; Team player.
