Manage all resort operations and staff. Responsibilities include managing Rental Cabins, Rental Snowmobiles and ATVs, General Store, Grill, Swimming Pool, Fishing Ponds, managing all staff. This is a very hands on position. You will be involved in every aspect and contribute to the daily work load. In fact, some days, you might be the only person working. You will personally be involved in checking in guests, checking out rental equipment, testing pool chemicals, and occasionally cooking a burger. You will retrieve lost and wrecked machines from the forest, you will collect damage from customers (some who don't want to pay), you might unclog a toilet, fix a television. etc. etc.
