Responsibilities:

Join a great team!

• Greet and welcome guests and vendors upon arrival. You are the first impression of the building
• Screen visitors and guests during Covid-19 pandemic.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office 
• Answer, screen and tranfer incoming telephone calls, take messages
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone and email
• Be familiar with the monthly calendar, events and daily schedules
• Maintain facility security by following safety procedures and controlling access via front doors at the reception desk
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying and faxing 
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Physical Demands:

• Sitting at a desk, standing to screen in visitors/guests.
