Bear Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Near Stoneham, MA

Bear Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation, a nursing home in Stoneham MA, is looking for a full-time ADON to join their team.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of educator experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Must possess skills in leadership and communication.
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of data, observation of operations, and consultation with leadership and staff.
  • RN license

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with the federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance.
  • Coordinate all educational activities in the facility.
  • Focus on Quality Improvement and identify areas of educational needs.
  • Develop in-service programs, training staff and coordinating the completion of these programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
